I am kinda a fan of running shoes since my husband bought me a pair of running shoes and it is really comfortable to use for traveling, walking, and running. So I always use the running shoes everyday in my activities here. But apparently I can not make use of those running shoes everyday in this month because the rain falls quite often so I have to get used to wear boots and since that winter has minus degrees Celsius so ship-skin boots are really helping to warm my feet.
Yesterday I visited Aktiesport shop in Nijmegen Centrum to see whether The Nike running shoes are on sale. I had little ridiculous conversation with the employer.
me: *having a look around Nike shoes*
employer: kan ik u helpen?
me: oh yeah, I just want to look and choose if the shoes are suitable for me.
employer: please feel free to call me if you need the help
me: bedankt
* I tried two models of Nike shoes: Nike Dual Fusion Run 2 which has a masculine color and Nike Revolution which has feminine color *
me: is there 37 size for these shoes?
employer: I'll check it, so please wait for a while.
*bring me the 37 size*
me: thank you
employer: oh yeah, do you need accessory to make your feet more comfortable when running? here, it is only 20 euro, just try and feel the differences.
me: what? em.. I think I do not need this stuff.
employer: why? most of all people who buy running shoes also buy this.
me: haha.. you wish, but I do not like to do sport especially running.
employer: *staring at me with dumbfounded face* so what makes you want to buy running shoes?
me: hehe.. well because I just don't like to wear any other kinds of shoes, I do not have another option. Running shoes are very comfortable to be used in much activities, right?
employer: *still unbelieving* haha.. of course they are. So just choose which one you like and feel free to call me if they fit you.
me: bedankt!
I was back home without buying running shoes because I have to contact my husband to make consideration which one of the shoes suit me. Well, I am the one who always ask my husband about everything I need to choose because he has good taste in style although he often buys second hand stuffs.
